I had a story in my head too!
LOL @ the poster below me! Quite the imagination!
Nice work on this piece, man.
I'm gonna state the obvious: You started the song out really slowly. It was actually kind of calming. I could do homework to the way it started.
Then all of a sudden the calmness ends and the deep guitar comes in. Very good tune, mixture of guitars, rhythm, and melody.
My story like the guy did below me?
I'm sitting in a park being bored as heck, it's early evening and the sun is setting, and I really don't feel like doing anything. The air is crisp, the sky is yellow and orange with the sunset tones, and the clouds emit a soft glow against the light.
All of a sudden, a dimensional rift crackling with electricity appears behind the bench. Inside it's pitch black, and the demonic energy can be felt emanating from within it. No sooner than it appears, a trio of ~BUFF~ demons emerges. One holding a ~massive~ battle axe, with evident signs of much use in war; its blade is chipped in random areas, the second demon has no held weapon, but protruding from his knuckles are dark brown and black, shiny bone-like points. The third demon has an extremely long, heavy chain with a spiked ball on the end. All three carry relatively the same appearance - 7 feet tall, muscular, black and red skin, bone-tooth beards, and black shiny horns from their skulls.
Upon seeing them, I spring into action, pulling a 4-foot long black sword from the air, crackling with dark red ethereal energy. The three demons immediately spring into action, all three of them simultaneously leaping over the bench with god-like speed and strength, and hurtling towards me.
I jump backwards, while extending my sword out with both hands and block every single attact that comes my way; the sword intercepts the axe as it screams towards my skull in a vertical slash, and I parry the blow away, throwing the beast off balance. I had no time finish it off, as the spiked ball on the chain came careening through the air straight towards my chest! I dodged to the side, and the ball became lodged in a willow tree behind me. Seeing it stuck, I hoisted my sword and charged toward the demon as he tried to retrieve his grotesque weapon. Too late - I slashed with mighty force at his torso, and he immediately vanished in a cloud of infinitely black ribbons. Taking no time to bask in my winning blow, I charged towards the unarmed, knuckled beast, and struck him down over the head with my sword, whilst running full tilt.
Not even looking back to see the amazing display of black ribbons, I charged the final demon, who had already gained his balance and prepared for the attack. He blocked my first strike with his axe hilt and leaped behind the bench again. Using one hand, he lifted it from the ground and tossed it at me as I was approaching him at full speed. Having no time to think much further, I loosened my grip on my blade and tossed it forwards in a spiraling path. It cut cleanly through the bench, and I ducked and slid in the dirt to avoid the stray halves flying inches above my head. The sword continued its path through the air - the demon lifted his axe to block, but to no avail; the sword once again cut cleanly through the hilt, and straight through the wretched beast's skull. He, too, disappeared in a display of black ribbons.
The fight has been won and I'm no longer bored. I'm just wondering where the heck I got that sword from and where it went.
Druids-Warcry gave me inspiration! Let's make movies and use this soundtrack! I like it!
