I just..

Dig this song. I totally see a sweet new video game having this track.

Awesome song man!

5/5

Klasmus responds:

Thanks! It reminded me of a few video games when I did this song as well.

Awesome track!

Although it's not my favourite work of yours, I really dig this. The words really seem to have a lot of meaning and feeling, and the music and rhythm complete the mood. I especially love the piano.

I think you may need to improve on the volume of your voice though. Other than that, 5/5 and 9/10!

Awesome work!

You're doing it again!

Once again, I find myself really enjoying your work.

This can definitely keep peoples' feet moving at dance parties, and carries an energetic rhythm and beat. I especially enjoyed the sudden soft transition at 3:00.

The only minor thing that I think might have been changed was the sudden ending.

Other than that, this is impressive, and I give it 5/5 and 10*.

More!

mmmburgers responds:

Yeah it does suddenly end, the full complete version will have more of a "ending". But yeah, thanks for reviewing! :D

Very decent.

This song has a lot of potential. I'd really like to see where this is going, as it is the beginning of a great track.

The only thing I think it needs is some more instruments in the background starting at 00:41, but then again, this is a WIP, so you likely are way ahead of me on that one.

Great work so far!

Zuelo responds:

Thanks for the comment and the score vote .
Maybe i make a colab with this track but i don't know it yet .
And thanks for the tips :)

Wow.

As soon as 00:32 came, I was like "5/5".

The rhythm in this song is beautiful, and I simply cannot get enough of the piano.
I think this is now one of my favourite songs ever submitted.

Impeccable work.

mmmburgers responds:

THANK YOU, I'm glad you like the song. :)

Um..

You're quite right, lol. This is rather awful, but I commend you for returning to submitting stuff. You can only get better at doing things ^^

Wallpunk2003 responds:

thanks :P gonna keep tring hopefully somthing will turn out decent lol

I had a story in my head too!

LOL @ the poster below me! Quite the imagination!

Nice work on this piece, man.

I'm gonna state the obvious: You started the song out really slowly. It was actually kind of calming. I could do homework to the way it started.
Then all of a sudden the calmness ends and the deep guitar comes in. Very good tune, mixture of guitars, rhythm, and melody.

My story like the guy did below me?

I'm sitting in a park being bored as heck, it's early evening and the sun is setting, and I really don't feel like doing anything. The air is crisp, the sky is yellow and orange with the sunset tones, and the clouds emit a soft glow against the light.

All of a sudden, a dimensional rift crackling with electricity appears behind the bench. Inside it's pitch black, and the demonic energy can be felt emanating from within it. No sooner than it appears, a trio of ~BUFF~ demons emerges. One holding a ~massive~ battle axe, with evident signs of much use in war; its blade is chipped in random areas, the second demon has no held weapon, but protruding from his knuckles are dark brown and black, shiny bone-like points. The third demon has an extremely long, heavy chain with a spiked ball on the end. All three carry relatively the same appearance - 7 feet tall, muscular, black and red skin, bone-tooth beards, and black shiny horns from their skulls.

Upon seeing them, I spring into action, pulling a 4-foot long black sword from the air, crackling with dark red ethereal energy. The three demons immediately spring into action, all three of them simultaneously leaping over the bench with god-like speed and strength, and hurtling towards me.

I jump backwards, while extending my sword out with both hands and block every single attact that comes my way; the sword intercepts the axe as it screams towards my skull in a vertical slash, and I parry the blow away, throwing the beast off balance. I had no time finish it off, as the spiked ball on the chain came careening through the air straight towards my chest! I dodged to the side, and the ball became lodged in a willow tree behind me. Seeing it stuck, I hoisted my sword and charged toward the demon as he tried to retrieve his grotesque weapon. Too late - I slashed with mighty force at his torso, and he immediately vanished in a cloud of infinitely black ribbons. Taking no time to bask in my winning blow, I charged towards the unarmed, knuckled beast, and struck him down over the head with my sword, whilst running full tilt.

Not even looking back to see the amazing display of black ribbons, I charged the final demon, who had already gained his balance and prepared for the attack. He blocked my first strike with his axe hilt and leaped behind the bench again. Using one hand, he lifted it from the ground and tossed it at me as I was approaching him at full speed. Having no time to think much further, I loosened my grip on my blade and tossed it forwards in a spiraling path. It cut cleanly through the bench, and I ducked and slid in the dirt to avoid the stray halves flying inches above my head. The sword continued its path through the air - the demon lifted his axe to block, but to no avail; the sword once again cut cleanly through the hilt, and straight through the wretched beast's skull. He, too, disappeared in a display of black ribbons.

The fight has been won and I'm no longer bored. I'm just wondering where the heck I got that sword from and where it went.

Druids-Warcry gave me inspiration! Let's make movies and use this soundtrack! I like it!

5/5

Bad-Man-Incorporated responds:

I wondered the same thing! Thanks for the awesomely cool review!! Glad you dug the song!!

Very good!

I also agree with Stalagmite. If Tim Burton made rock soundtracks for his movies, this is an example what they'd sound like.

I also happen to really appreciate Mr. Burton's work, and in turn, I like what you've done here. It's kind of like a tribute (Although that's likely not what you intended. Still cool nonetheless!)

5/5 = 4.20/5.00 (+0.082)

[Hehe, my votes are still weak! I'll improve their worth and listen to more of your stuff.]

Brilliant.

Dude, you disgust me with your raw talent. Screw off.

I love the bass, and the synth sounds. Even though it may be repetitive, I can't help continually listening to it over and over again. Repetitive songs are ~not~ supposed to do that!! It's so catchy! Grr!!

I am proud to have responded to this submission with such douche-baggery in my tone. I do that when a submission is just too good to receive kind praise.

Sometimes you gotta have an a-hole say something good, and this is it:

_.,~<>,_.,-~`'*Brilliant*'`~-,._,<>~,

BrokenCrossfader responds:

ha ha im like that too! glad u liked it lol.

O_O

Damn you, this is amazing!

I follow Semaphore's Trend!
